With the,Fisrt Sunday of Advent we're starting a new liturgical year, year A.

The texts also tell us about a new Jerusalem, a place of peace with no room for war, a place that will attract nations all over the world : the texts also speak of a day to come after a night that is already advanced, therefore we are told to awake from our sleep and to stay awake.because that day will come unexpectedly. So let's be convinced that a day will come and bring peace, and meanwhile let's go on and work for that peace !
